
Joy of life - what does it mean for you?

Happiness is closely related to life
We all want to be happy in our lives, and while happiness means something different to each of us, the key to happiness is to allow us to do things that make us happy. It simply follows: let you do what brings you joy, and you will be happy. And yes, from my experience I can say that it is true.
“When I was five, my mother told me that happiness was the key to life. When I came to school, they asked me who I want to be when I grow up. I wrote "happy". They told me I didn't understand the assignment. I told them they didn't understand life. ”

We can easily guess from this quote, if we are happy, we will actually live our life and not just survive. So if we find out what activities make us happy, and we will be dedicated to them, we will be happy and thus live at full speed. Isn't that easy? I'm convinced that life is simple, that life is a game. And what about you? Do you think the same, too? Most people move between activities that make them happy and among those they have to do.
I have a guide for you to help you identify the activities you do and which you want to do:
- The first step is to create an inventory of the activities you do daily, in business and personal life. Also include activities that you do not do yet, but you would like to include them in your normal day (eg working out twice a week).
- Secondly, divide the written activities into the following table (you can copy it on paper), depending on how much pleasure the activity brings to you and how good you are at them.
- Make an evaluation.
Happiness Zone: It recharges you with energy. They are activities at which you are good and at the same time bring you joy. It is great to have as many activities as you normally do, because they bring you the greatest joy and fulfillment.
Mentoring Zone: Place the activities you do well here, but they do not bring you happiness. You may be ready to move on and learn something new that you could put in the Happiness zone. It is appropriate to move the activities, so-called delegate to someone else.
Learning Zone: These are activities which you start doing. You are pleased with them, but you are still not good at them. There is an opportunity for professional and personal growth. You are motivated, but you still lack skills and so it is time to learn them. For example, you will find a suitable course, read a thematic book, find information online or even find a mentor.
Pain Zone: Write down activities that drain your energy. Here's the best if you don't have an activity or as few as possible. There are several ways to remove such activities from this zone. The first is to stop doing the activity if possible. However, it is not always possible. There are other options to start doing the activity well or to enjoy it. But how can I do it to do the job well? The answer is to move it to the Learning zone. Thanks to this, you will learn how to do the activity well and it eventually entertain you. Also, have you noticed, if you do something well, you usually enjoy the activity and vice versa?
Browse this table regularly to see if you are approaching to your goal and aim to have as many activities as possible in your happiness zone and as few as possible in the Pain zone.
There are other ways to experience joy and happiness in life. For the best results, join all the paths.
Eleven ways to manifest happiness and joy in your life:
- Pay attention to activities that support you and your vision.
- Stop whipping yourself internally and lowering your self-esteem.
- Let go of the need to have an answer to everything.
- Give up the control of who, how, what, when, where.
- Give up the limitations you have given yourself.
- Ignore current circumstances that are unpleasant to you.
- Believe in yourself.
- Know that your path and your goal are clear.
- Get rid of guilty, shame and pain.
- Today is a new day.
- Live for yourself. Be Authentic. Keep people in your life who really love, motivate, encourage and inspire you. Get rid of leeches and opponents who disrespect you or attack you.
