In case of a dispute over the conclusion of contracts between the Provider and Consumer (i.e. Users who conclude a contract outside your area of business sector or outside the independent activity of your profession) which has failed the contracting party's agreement, the user is the Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz ).
